www.mayoclinic.com Shit just got real for me. My eating habits aren’t just affecting my weight and my confidence but my body. I will water fast starting tomorrow to rid myself of the impurities. I will look more into this disease but I know I can’t keep doing this. I will talk more about my struggles with this later.
